Meet the Pigs

Pumba

Pumba is our breeding boar.  Pumba loves belly rubs and marshmallows.  He takes an active role with all of his babies and lets them cuddle with him at night.  

Mrs. Pigglesworth

Mrs. Pigglesworth is all personality!  Most of the time she follows us around the pasture in search of ear scratches and extra treats.  She always has something to say.  Mrs. Pigglesworth’s favorite treat is blueberry muffins. 

Peppa

Peppa is Mrs. Pigglesworth’s daughter from her very first litter.  Peppa finally turned two and had her very first litter this year.  We were so excited to see grandpiggies for Mrs. Pigglesworth.  

Sue

Sue was born to Mrs. Pigglesworth in June of 2024.  We are excited for her to get old enough to have her own pigglets.  Somehow in the shuffle of her birth, we thought she was a boar when she was born.  It wasn’t until it was time to list the boys of the litter for sale that we realized she was a gilt. (She was already our favorite little piglet and we really didn’t want to say goodbye).  So the “boy named Sue” became part of the herd.  

Petunia

Petunia is Sue’s sister.  Always found together and usually trying to find ways to play with the dogs.  Petunia loves whole apples and will take the first one she can and run away with it, making sure no one can take it from her.
